CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to the YOU team, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary: therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

We hope you understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed in advance by text and email because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks ago. Please ensure we have up to date details for you.

As services are reserved for you personally we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service amount if less than 24 hours’ notice is provided.
We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will always be understanding and sympathetic in certain circumstances.

Clients who have previously missed 3 or more appointments will politely be asked to pay 50% of their requested treatment upon booking.
This is no refundable if your appointment is missed or cancelled within 24 hours of appointment.

The cancellation Policy allows use the time to inform other customers of any availability, as well as keeping the Laceys
team members filled. Thus better serving everyone.
